Welcome. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and integrative. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or seeking support in navigating parenting challenges, relationships, or a life transition, I believe that relief and sustained change is possible.
Meaningful relationships are among the strongest predictors of wellbeing, yet many people struggle to build and sustain deep, satisfying connections. Maybe you are feeling isolated, edgy, depleted, overwhelmed by your present circumstances, or burdened by a persistent sense that who you are, and what you do is never enough. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves in the context of their life experiences, gaining awareness, insight and clarity. Increased insight can help disrupt stubborn patterns, create space for new ways of relating, and deepen the connection to oneself and others.
I believe treatment should fit the individual, which is I practice with an eclectic approach with a psychodynamic core, incorporating evidence-based perspectives from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other complementary modalities. I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, and have gained experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school-based and community mental health settings.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, traveling and playing piano.
